J. Peter Robinson’s most recent cinematic collaboration as composer for director Roger Donaldson has just been released: 'JUSTICE'. Starring Nicolas Cage, January Jones, and Guy Pearce, whose sharp performance in 'THE KING'S SPEECH' echoes into 2012. 'JUSTICE', a taut thriller, portrays Nicolas Cage's response when his wife, played by January Jones is raped and left for dead, and he hires a vigilante group to wreak his revenge.
Keeping busy, meanwhile, Robinson has just scored 'BLUE CRUSH 2', a reprise of Universal Pictures' successful surf drama 'BLUE CRUSH'. Peter's previous collaboration with Donaldson was Inspired by an extraordinary true event. 'THE BANK JOB' is a highly-charged thriller which interweaves a heady combination of intrigue, danger and scandal in 1960s London. Starring Jason Stratham and Saffron Burrows, the film is written by Dick Clement and Ian LaFrenais.
